“I had a long history of trying different diets and weight loss programs. Body By Frame helped me overcome my difficulties because my coach did a great job of not giving up on me, or letting me give up on myself.
The most challenging part of the journey was the last few weeks. I started off with a lot of momentum, but as time went on it became hard for me to stick with the program. My coach stayed consistent with me, telling me what I needed to do, even when I would veer away and not log my food or work out as sessions regularly. Having that persistence was really helpful.
