What was your inspiration to join the FRAME Program?
Training for an ultimate frisbee tournament. I’m 44 and felt I needed to lose weight in order to be able to perform at the level I wanted.
What obstacles did you face during the process of learning the FRAME Way?
Work, travel and eating were the most challenging part.
What motivated you to keep going when things got tough?
The support of my wife, the flexibility of my job, and the thought of my teammates’ training all kept me on track.
What do you value the most about the FRAME Program?
The accountability on both nutrition and exercise is huge.
What advice would you give to someone considering starting their own journey?
1. Don’t ignore nutrition or exercise. You need both to get where you want to be.
2. Find a way to be accountable.
3. Be patient. It takes a long time to see results. Some of your goals may take years.
4. Be in it for the long haul. Work on lifestyle changes rather than short term wins.
