Congrats to Kelsi M on losing that tough 10lbs and dropping down 7 percent body fat.
1.What was your inspiration for joining our program?
I have always been pretty healthy, but I knew that I wasn’t feeling my best, and I lacked the discipline to really “get there.” Like so many people, I juggle a lot, including two small children and a full time job. I also have MS (Multiple Sclerosis), so I fight the fatigue factor a lot. I knew that with some focus and accountability, I could probably feel better, have more energy and look a bit better in the process.
2. What obstacles did you face during the process of learning the FRAME way?
Changing my habits! My dietary habits have always been pretty good, but I realized I never really ate enough, and I ate a bit too much sugar and not enough fiber. I have also been a big fan of pouring myself a big old glass of wine every night, and I learned that to really feel my best, I needed to take that down to a weekly thing versus daily.
3. What motivated you to keep going when things got tough?
I joined the program with my good friends, Lezli and Megan, met Laura in the 5:30 a.m. class, and so it was helpful for me to lean on them since they were going through the same thing. Jason (Smith) was also incredibly encouraging along the way.
4. What do you value most about the FRAME Program?
I can’t pick just one! The workouts, meeting new people, the constant encouragement from Jason and the rest of the Frame Team, along with the approach to nutrition. That was really eye opening for me.
5. What advice would you give to someone who is considering starting their own journey?
Stop thinking about it and just go for it! Why wait to feel great!?
