Congrats James!!! He lost 33 pounds and dropped 9% body fat. James continues to still train at FRAME and is managing his weight while getting stronger.

What was your inspiration for joining our FRAME Program?
I wanted to get back into shape. I’ve been coaching my kids sports teams and I couldn’t keep up. Being an ex-athlete, it was very frustrating! I finally made the decision to start with FRAME in July after seeing the success of some of my friends with the Program.

What obstacles did you face during the process of learning the FRAME Way?
My biggest obstacle was the way I ate and the bad habits I had established. The accountability with Jim on the eating portion of the program has been the most rewarding. I actually get to eat quite a bit of food too.

What motivated you to keep going when things got tough?
Setting goals. Jim and I would set goals as I went through the process. Each goal was a mini-step to the bigger goal. When I had mis-steps, the important thing was to put them behind me and move forward.

What do you value most about the FRAME Program?
I value most the accountability that the program offers. Jim pushes me more than I would do on my own. I also value the expertise in my nutrition plan, and working around back issues that have limited me in the past.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering starting their own FRAME journey?
I would highly recommend it! I would advise them that it is a lifestyle change and to take a long term approach to changing your body and mind. Be consistent, even when you don’t feel like doing so. And also do not get discouraged if you have mis-steps. We all do!
